Nobody would have ever believed that it could happen in our country. But it did! We thought the pandemic would end. It didn't. We thought the economy would recover. It hasn't. We thought the government would be restored. It wasn't. We thought we'd be protected. We weren't. Everyone is struggling. Sonya is struggling more than most. She's a good girl who made bad choices which led to her becoming a gang's property. That is not who she is. She needs to get out. It would be difficult during normal times, but these aren't normal times. Anarchy rules. She trusts no one. It's going to take a miracle. With the military and law enforcement severely crippled by a lack of leadership, help from either is unlikely. She must try to slip away quietly. If she's noticed, she may have to fight her way out. She's tough, but is she tough enough?
