The popularity of these volumes has only increased since their initial release in 2015. The latest set, like previous ones, showcases Holmes's encounters with seemingly impossible events—ghosts, hauntings, and inexplicable crimes. These tales represent some of the finest storytelling in the Holmesian genre and pay tribute to the character described by Watson as "the best and wisest." Importantly, all royalties from this collection are donated by the writers to support the preservation of Undershaw, a former home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, for special needs students. As of June 2022, the efforts of the contributors and supporters have raised over $100,000 for the school, highlighting the community's commitment to both literature and a worthy cause.
