Inspector Lu Fei is sent undercover to Myanmar in search of a missing girl, leading him to confront a dangerous woman warlord involved in illegal animal trafficking. After being assigned to a remote town in Northern China due to his knack for attracting trouble, Lu is warned to keep a low profile. While conducting a sting operation on the sale of rare animals, he discovers the case of a missing waitress last seen at a restaurant favored by local elites, owned by a smooth-talking gangster known for serving illegal delicacies. His investigation stirs up trouble, resulting in his suspension from the police force. Just as he thinks he's hit a dead end, a mysterious government official in Beijing reaches out, urging him to go undercover to uncover the mastermind behind the trafficking network and hopefully find the missing waitress. This mission takes Lu deep into the lawless regions of Myanmar, where he must infiltrate the compound of a ruthless female warlord, risking his life in a perilous quest for justice.
