This book helps children understand and explore multiculturalism through different flavors of cupcakes. Children will learn about their uniqueness by comparing the physical characteristics of people to different kinds of cupcakes. The book teaches children about the importance of respecting people with backgrounds and looks different from their own, while promoting openness to diversity. This book is also used among clinical counselors who use this book for troubled children with low self-esteem.
