One night is all a family has to decide the fate of the man they believe murdered their daughter. They receive anonymous letters instructing them to meet at a cliffside home on the Oregon coast to uncover the truth about Meghan's death, ten years after her murder. On the night of the meeting, they find Cal, her high school boyfriend and convicted killer, unconscious in his car after crashing into a light pole near their gathering place. As a storm rages outside, the power goes out, trapping the family with Cal, who spent only ten years in prison for the crime. Faced with the choice of letting him die or helping him, tensions rise within the family. Half want revenge, while the other half hopes Cal can provide answers about Meghan's murder. However, if he regains consciousness, he may reveal secrets that implicate someone in the family. As the night unfolds, the family grapples with their conflicting desires for justice and truth. The stakes are high: if Cal wakes up, will he expose the real killer? And could the true culprit already be among them?
