Focusing on the classical problem of the Navier-Stokes equations, the author aims to model and derive key equations such as the equation of continuity and the Euler equation of fluid motion. The work emphasizes an observer's perspective to provide a fresh interpretation of fluid motion laws. Through this approach, the author seeks to address the existence of solutions to these fundamental equations, contributing to the understanding of fluid dynamics.
