We give our brain such a hard time, but, the truth is, they are perfectly equipped with all of the tools we need to thrive and adjust to whatever life throws at us. Toolbox to Survive is a lighthearted, rhyming story to loosely introduce children to brain development and our emotional responses to everyday experiences. It highlights that it's okay to feel angry, that we all worry and that feelings will come and go, but most importantly, we are stronger than we think and we have all the tools to survive.
