Tasked with enhancing neighborhood safety, she embraces the motto "God helps those who help themselves." As she prepares for motherhood, Lupe pens heartfelt letters to her unborn daughter, Destiny, nurturing her dream that Destiny will become a writer, choosing a path of creativity over traditional labor.
