The story follows Sam, a devoted follower of the Savior, who receives a visit from an angel on Christmas Eve, announcing that he will be taken home by the Savior on Christmas Day. As he prepares for this momentous event, he encounters three travelers—a soldier, a beggar, and a single mother—who challenge his faith and patience. Throughout the night, Sam grapples with the passage of time, balancing his anticipation of the Savior's arrival with his commitment to continue his Christmas service traditions.
