At school, she discovers her friend Tom has a family connection to the Gallipoli campaign. As they learn about the shared history between New Zealand and Turkish soldiers, they reflect on the past and celebrate their friendship. An Anzac Day ceremony and baking Anzac biscuits highlight the theme of reconciliation and unity across cultures.
