Eschatology is explored as the doctrine of a new, redeemed world and the coming of God, emphasizing the transformative potential of the future rather than a mere extension of the present. This work reexamines eschatology's link to beginnings and engages with contemporary discussions on postsecularism and the resurgence of religion. By addressing the concept of transcendence, it challenges the logic of sovereign power and redefines religion as an affirmation of what transcends, moving beyond its role in legitimizing authority in a consumer-driven society.
