Set in a dystopian future, individuals are assigned 100 intelligence points at birth, which they can gamble at sixteen for a chance to enhance their intellect. Success leads to a privileged life as a high I.Q., while failure results in a descent into poverty and violence, culminating in participation in the brutal Glidiot Games. These games pit the lowest intellects against each other in a deadly maze for I.Q. points, highlighting the stark societal divide and the dark consequences of a commodified intelligence system.
