This story follows a young African American man by the name of Jaleen Collins who is a junior in high school enjoying his winter break. He then learns he has abnormal abilities from a secret government serum. He must stop an evil scientist that wants to reproduce the serum by making living weapons and creating soldiers. The scientist wants to wage a war on the system by stripping their oppressors of their power.
