The five tribes are convinced the legendary SkyTalons, Cornelius and Shadow, abandoned them after defeating the villainous rogue peacocks. However, a young falcon named Bree isn't so sure. Although hatched with the ability to see the future, not a single one of her tribemates believe in her powers-or her urgent warnings. Kawthra, a dangerous and otherworldly bird, is beginning a vengeful quest for power. Not even Jarquanzila, protector of the tribes, may be enough to stop it. Mysterious and shocking events take place around Bree, leaving her with no other choice. She must abandon her home to save the tribes, even if she has to do it alone. Bree travels to the place where it all began-Cornelius' old home in the city. Within this perilous new world, she searches for answers, and hope for the five tribes. Although nobody can be certain of what lies ahead, one thing is clear. Nothing will ever be the same again.
