Thirty-three-year-old Ruthie finally has it all: a budding career, a live-in fiancé, and a wedding date set for next year. She's so excited she can hardly breathe. When Ruthie dismisses symptoms of anxiety as asthma, she ends up stranded on the side of the road in a full-blown panic attack.
