Will Captain Kip Eastcott of the Starship Echo, and his crew, save the Earth from the genocide being inflicted upon humanity? The sentient starships Formidable and Echo will be sent to colonise a new world, light years away from Earth. A catastrophe results in the loss of Formidable, but Echo makes his way home to Earth, finding himself 10,000 years in the future. They discover Earth is being overrun by a race of xenophobic tyrants that call themselves Flaxens. It is up to Kip Eastcott, the Captain of Echo, along with his crew and unexpected allies, to save the Earth from the genocide being inflicted upon humanity.
