Oscar's one and only dream is to become a great rescue dog. The biggest challenge he faces is his size, after all, he is the runt. His determination is pushed to the brink at the world-famous Search & Rescue Training Academy. With his dream seemingly crushed, as he waits outside the academy for his mom to pick him up, he hears an urgent message from the load speakers that will change his life forever.
