A college student, a World War II soldier, and a mad scientist, all in different time periods. What could they have in common? Nothing, and yet; a lot. What happens when Max Wheeler, an archaeology student finds a long-lost locket known as "The Relic of Tempus" and events take unexpected turn as he witnesses a crime at the peak of the world war.
