The existence of this book is imperative, why you ask? Because this book will give people hope, that kind of hope that helps keep one afloat. Through all the blackness, and all the darkness, I was still able to find that glimmer of hope, which gave me just enough light to get myself out of the horrible illness of my addiction. My poetry will speak to you about love, heartache, and addiction; the love may have been forbidden, but it ultimately gave me a sense for life, a sense for romance, a way to find love for myself.
