Viac o knihe

THIS book is a handbook of types of nonverbal communication that will give you insights into the significance of gestures — factors of ordinary experiences that are all too often only vaguely understood, if not entirely ignored. The material has been arranged so that the parts make up a meaningful whole: the gestures making clusters of gestures that make up attitudes dealing with relationships involved in life situations. We hope we have added an important tool in the continuing search for a way to make man better understood by his fellow men and to promote understanding among all men. The process of communication, which continues to confound us, will be enhanced by the understanding and analysis of gestures. Our function as human beings is to increase our expertise and to become so human that we see ourselves in all other people.
