This annual volume includes the President's report and the mandatory annual chronicle, along with numerous lengthy essays addressing significant events and issues from the past year. It highlights key themes in the foundation's work, particularly the renovation of the Bodemuseum, which coincides with the centenary celebration of the Münzkabinett, set to reopen with a festive event at the museum. Another essay discusses the restoration plan for the New Museum by David Chipperfield Architects. The volume also covers notable artworks on Museum Island, such as the Pergamon Altar and the Market Gate of Miletus.
