Průvodce základní knihy - Žvot bez pšenice. Některé recepty jsou sice trochu moc Americké, ale baví mne vymýšlet alternativy. Zatím mne nezklamala. DOPORUČUJI! - hlavně pro ty, co si lámou hlavu se zdravým vařením. HM
