Blaise knows he’s gay, wants to pursue costume design for film and television, and feels that a supportive family is something others have, not him. Despite fate not being on his side, he’s determined to stick to his plan: graduate college, build his portfolio, impress industry professionals, and save for a dream internship. Everything is on track until he meets Jordan Marks, which shifts his focus. Suddenly, he’s learning about baseball and rearranging his schedule to watch Jordan play, realizing there might be room in his goals for the charming athlete. Jordan, on the other hand, is preoccupied with his baseball suit, which leads him to Blaise. As he grapples with his feelings and the realization that he might be bi, his interest in Blaise grows. Blaise’s intelligence and ambition draw him in, and he’s eager to learn from him. However, as their relationship deepens, Jordan struggles with keeping his family’s connections in the entertainment industry a secret. Though their friends are aware of their relationship, Jordan hesitates to come out publicly, questioning whether he wants to be known as the latest queer college ball player. As challenges arise, both must confront their priorities and the reality of their relationship.
