A German Grammar and Reader, along with a compendious dictionary, were created to enhance the study of German in this country. In response to numerous requests, the dictionary follows the same plan as the Vocabulary in the Reader. Additionally, a series of texts for classroom use has been compiled, featuring brief yet thorough annotations and explanations. The selected texts have been widely used and approved over time. The notes and introductions for the various works come from different scholars across the country, all coordinated under the guidance of the general editor. Forgotten Books publishes many rare and classic works, utilizing advanced technology to digitally reconstruct texts while maintaining their original format and addressing imperfections in aged copies. Although some original flaws, such as blemishes or missing pages, may appear in the new edition, most imperfections are repaired to preserve the integrity of these historical works.
