It is still summer vacation, and the Cayuga Island Kids are looking for problems to solve, and after observing all the litter and how it is affecting the local wildlife they decide to take on the challenge of cleaning up the park and creating a recycling bin--but the bigger problem is how to get the whole community to take the problem seriously.
