Knižnú sériu mám prečítanú od až po 4 knihu, no ľutujem, že som neskončila hneď pri 1 časti. Klasický príbeh akoby opísaný s Upírskych denníkov a Twilight, kde ON je až príliš dokonalý a nereálny a ONA je posadnutá odhalením jeho tajomstiev. Temnota okolo neho ju priťahuje a určitým spôsobom pohlcuje... Ever sa od začiatku snaží prísť na to, čo sa s ňou po autonehode, ktorá ju mala zabiť stalo, prečo je zrazu iná a dokáže veci, ktoré iný nedokážu... Damen je nový chalan na škole, ktorý je "iný ako ostatný", je tajnostkársky a jej schopnosti na neho nepôsobia. Odhaľuje sa ich spoločná história ako aj tajomstvá, ktoré mali radšej zostať pochované. Dejovo by som dala pre túto sériu asi len 2 hviezdičky, no kompozícia textu ako aj hĺbka "researchu" a námaha autorky vložená do každej novej informácie použitej v diele by si zaslúžila aj 4 ak nie rovno 5 hviezdičiek.
