Set against the backdrop of World War I, the story follows Jimgrim, an American secret service agent in Jerusalem, accompanied by his loyal Sikh companion Narayan Singh and two eager fighters, Ramsden and Jeremy Ross. The tension escalates as French ambitions in Syria threaten King Feisal, who had been promised leadership over the region by the Allies. With a forged order inciting violence against Jews in Jerusalem, the group finds themselves embroiled in a dangerous conspiracy that could alter the fate of the region.
