The narrative follows Fred Dupree and Rosemary Williams, who, under Harvey Puckett's command, embark on a mission to eliminate al-Qaida-affiliated imams and capture a bombmaker in the U.S. intent on spreading chaos. As they join forces with familiar allies, they uncover a significant plot aiming to establish a Caliphate in America. Although the plot is destined to fail, its potential for widespread destruction poses a grave threat to the nation's stability and way of life.
