At the center of the park located at Villa Gioiosa there is the Cerchio Magico, a forest where all creatures live in harmony. A little boy named Rick believes himself to be a young wolf. He befriends Ursula, a wise old chimpanzee. Rick is captured by Ulderico Triponzo, a mayoral candidate with a big belly. How will Rick regain his freedom?
